COMMON QUESTIONS
I’ve never lifted weights before; will I be able to do this?
YES! Absolutely you can. It does not matter if you have never lifted before, my coaching is customized to you as an individual and your current levels of strength, fitness, and movement patterns. Each exercise will be designed for your abilities.
What happens the minute I join?
As soon as you join, you’ll get a welcome email with all the important details and timings to get started. You’ll know exactly what to do and be ready to start on your first day!
How much time will all this training take?
No more than 3-5 hours per week.
What if I’m just starting out, will it be too much?
No. You’ll be taught everything you need to know and have a professional coach holding your hand every step of the way
